I get asked quite often how to handle depression naturally without chemicals. Here are my suggestions.
- St. John's wort
- Saffron
- Only use natural sweetners
- Acquire all of these Ylang Ylang oil, Jasmine oil, Rose oil, and Neroli (citrus aurantium oil) and sniff all of them. One of these oils will smell absolutely aweful to you. Place 3-4 drops of the oil that smells the worst into a diffuser, and place into the room you hang out in most. Follow instructions on the diffuser till one week after that oil smells better. You should be feeling better.
