IBS

I was asked today to help out a friend who suffers from IBS here is what I use and find really effective.

Make a tea out of peppermint, clove, and catnip. This helps helps to soothe smooth muscle tissue, aid digestion and help remove flatulence. The exact blend of herbs tends to depend upon the person but try mixing to taste and adjust as necessary.
