Home Headache Remedies

  • Take a walk, sometimes all you need is some fresh air and sunlight.
  • Take a nap, usually the best to follow up your walk with.
  • Magnesium, Potassium, and Calcium are all needed to process each other. Take supplements of all those three and you will probably feel better. Especially if your headache is accompanied by muscle cramps.
  • Mix 2 drops each of peppermint, lavender, and eucalyptus oil into some olive oil and massage into the temples. 
When all else fails, take a shower.
